How Daehan Transport handles the personal information of its users.

Daehan Transport (the 'Company') complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and other applicable laws, and processes personal information as follows.

1. Personal Information We Collect

The Company collects only the minimum personal information needed to provide its services. · International forwarding members: company name, contact person's name, email, country, phone (optional) · Domestic dispatch requests: applicant's name, email, mobile number, company name (optional), and driver details (name, phone, plate number — for proxy applications) · Access records and the time and IP address of electronic signatures may be generated and collected while the services are used.

2. Purpose of Use

Collected personal information is used only for the following purposes. · Member registration, identity verification, and performance of the service contract · Notices on progress such as quotations, contracts and shipping · Receiving, processing and tracking domestic dispatch requests · Responding to inquiries and resolving disputes

3. Retention Period

Personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved, except where the following retention periods apply. · Records on contracts and withdrawal of offers: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce) · Records on payment and the supply of goods: 5 years (same Act) · Records on consumer complaints and dispute resolution: 3 years (same Act) · Upon membership withdrawal, member information is destroyed immediately, except for items subject to statutory retention.

4. Provision to Third Parties

In principle, the Company does not provide personal information to third parties. For domestic dispatch, however, driver details may be provided as follows for gate access registration, with separate prior consent. · Recipient: the management office of the relevant industrial complex · Items: driver's name, phone number, plate number · Purpose: gate access registration · Retention: 3 months from the entry date

5. Outsourcing of Processing

The Company does not currently outsource the processing of personal information. If outsourcing becomes necessary, the contractor and the outsourced work will be disclosed through this policy.

6. Rights of Data Subjects

Users may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of the processing of their personal information. Requests are received at the contact below, and the Company takes the necessary measures without delay. These rights may also be exercised through a legal representative or an authorized agent.
