    Commercial Invoice

    The core document stating the transaction value and terms. Customs at destination uses it to assess duties.

    Packing List

    States quantity, weight and volume per package, enabling fast inspection and customs clearance.

  3. 3

    Shipper's Letter of Instruction

    Your instructions to the carrier for the shipment. It is the basis for drafting the Bill of Lading.

    SABER Certificate of Conformity

    A product and shipment conformity certificate issued through Saudi Arabia's SABER platform by an approved certification body. It must be arranged BEFORE shipment — upload the issued certificate.

    Issue through the SABER platform BEFORE shipment — certification takes time, so arrange it early.

    Certificate of Origin

    Certifies where the goods were produced. Required to claim preferential (FTA) duty rates.

    COO generally required for Saudi import clearance.
