Commercial Invoice
The core document stating the transaction value and terms. Customs at destination uses it to assess duties.

Packing List
States quantity, weight and volume per package, enabling fast inspection and customs clearance.

Shipper's Letter of Instruction
Your instructions to the carrier for the shipment. It is the basis for drafting the Bill of Lading.

EIF Confirmation
Confirmation of the Electronic Import Form the consignee files through Pakistan's WeBOC system before the cargo arrives. Ask your consignee for the confirmation once it is filed, and upload it.

Certificate of Origin
Certifies where the goods were produced. Required to claim preferential (FTA) duty rates.
