Commercial Invoice
The core document stating the transaction value and terms. Customs at destination uses it to assess duties.

Packing List
States quantity, weight and volume per package, enabling fast inspection and customs clearance.

Shipper's Letter of Instruction
Your instructions to the carrier for the shipment. It is the basis for drafting the Bill of Lading.

Packing Declaration
Declares whether timber or wood packaging was used and whether it carries the ISPM-15 treatment mark. Required for quarantine (biosecurity) clearance. We provide the form — complete and upload it.
New Zealand biosecurity (MPI) is strict — declare wood packaging and any straw or organic packing material.

Certificate of Origin
Certifies where the goods were produced. Required to claim preferential (FTA) duty rates.
KNZFTA COO for preferential rates.

Required only for dangerous goods, prepared under the IMDG Code.
