Commercial Invoice
The core document stating the transaction value and terms. Customs at destination uses it to assess duties.

Packing List
States quantity, weight and volume per package, enabling fast inspection and customs clearance.

Shipper's Letter of Instruction
Your instructions to the carrier for the shipment. It is the basis for drafting the Bill of Lading.

SONCAP Certificate
A conformity certificate for products regulated in Nigeria, issued by an approved certification body. Also confirm that your consignee has opened Form M before shipment. Upload the issued certificate.
Regulated products need SONCAP certification, and the consignee must open Form M before shipment — confirm both with your customs agent.

Certificate of Origin
Certifies where the goods were produced. Required to claim preferential (FTA) duty rates.
COO generally required for Nigerian import clearance.
