Commercial Invoice
The core document stating the transaction value and terms. Customs at destination uses it to assess duties.

Packing List
States quantity, weight and volume per package, enabling fast inspection and customs clearance.

Shipper's Letter of Instruction
Your instructions to the carrier for the shipment. It is the basis for drafting the Bill of Lading.

PVoC Certificate of Conformity
A pre-shipment Certificate of Conformity under Kenya's PVoC programme, issued by an approved body before loading. Cargo arriving without it faces penalties at destination. Upload the issued certificate.
Must be issued BEFORE loading — cargo arriving without a PVoC CoC faces penalties at destination.

Certificate of Origin
Certifies where the goods were produced. Required to claim preferential (FTA) duty rates.
COO generally requested by Kenyan customs for clearance.

Required only for dangerous goods, prepared under the IMDG Code.
Only if the cargo is classified as dangerous goods (IMDG).
