Commercial Invoice
The core document stating the transaction value and terms. Customs at destination uses it to assess duties.

Packing List
States quantity, weight and volume per package, enabling fast inspection and customs clearance.

Shipper's Letter of Instruction
Your instructions to the carrier for the shipment. It is the basis for drafting the Bill of Lading.

Importer Exporter Code (IEC) Copy
A copy of the consignee's Importer Exporter Code, issued by India's DGFT. Indian customs will not clear cargo without it. Request the copy from your consignee and upload the file you receive.

Certificate of Origin
Certifies where the goods were produced. Required to claim preferential (FTA) duty rates.
Korea–India CEPA COO enables preferential rates.
